The national nutrition week is observed in India from September 1 to September 7 to create awareness about good food and health .
The goal of this week is to increase public awareness about the importance of healthy eating habits and enough nutrition for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
The theme of National Nutrition Week 2022 is 'Celebrate a World of Flavors.' The purpose is to motivate people to have healthy nutrition while enjoying the flavors of food. So at this occasion let's enjoy a healthier, tastier and joyful recipe .
Raagi Malt
Ingredients :
Ragi flour - 15gms
Jaggery - 10gms
Sugar - 10gms
Milk - 200gms
Method:
1. Take 100 gms of ragi , soak it in water for 6 -8 hours. Drain the water and keep it for 8 – 10 hours in a web cloth. Dry it in shade and powder well.
100 ग्राम रागी लें, इसे 6-8 घंटे के लिए पानी में भिगो दें। पानी को छान कर एक मसलिन के कपड़े में 8 - 10 घंटे के लिए रख दें। इसे छाया में सुखाकर अच्छी तरह पाउडर बना लें।
2. Take 15gms of ragi flour in a bowl mix with water
एक कटोरे में 15 ग्राम रागी का आटा लेकर उसमें पानी मिलाकर पेस्ट बना लें, न ज्यादा पतला और न ज्यादा गाढ़ा।
Pore this ragi paste into a pan on gas flem stir well add 100ml of milk and continue stiring .
इस रागी के पेस्ट को एक पैन में डाल कर गैस पर मध्यम आंच पर चलायें।
To this add another 100ml milk because it's get thick during cooking and add jaggery Or
इसमें और 100 मिलीलीटर दूध डालें क्योंकि यह पकाने के दौरान गाढ़ा हो जाता है और फिर स्वाद के अनुसार गुड़ या चीनी डालकर क्रीम जैसी स्थिरता तक पकाएं।
Then remove the flem serve hot in a clay pot garnish with dry fruits and enjoy😊
फिर गैस को बंद कर दें, मिट्टी के बर्तन में सूखे मेवे से सजाकर गरमागरम परोसें और आनंद लें
