Yummy cake and common Indian Beverages tea and coffee

 celebrate  this new year with your loves ones  , I'm sharing here sweet recipe of cake and special tea and coffee enjoy this in your kitchen self in just few minutes ,  I like to do new experiments in the kitchen  with recipes  and then share it with you .I hope you all like it 





  Tasty Eggless  Vanilla Cake 

Ingredients Quantity for eggless Vanilla cake

Maida 1½ cup 

Baking powder 1½ tsp. 

Sodium bi-carbonate ½ tsp. 

Condensed milk ¾ cup 

Melted butter 4 tbsp. 

Vanilla essence 1 tsp. 

Method: 

1. Sieve the (maida) white flour, baking powder and  

sodium bi-carbonate together, keep aside. 

2. Pre heat the oven to 1800 C. 

3. Grease the pan with melted butter, dust  

it with plain flour, shake and remove the  

excess flour. 

4. Take a deep bowl, add condensed milk,  

melted butter and vanilla essence. Mix well  

using a spatula. 

5. Add the sieved flour mixture into the bowl  

and add 5 tbsp. of water and mix gently. 

6. Pour the butter into a greased pan. 

7. Bake at 1800 

C for 30-35 minutes. 

8. unmould the cake and keep aside to cool.

Decorate cake by whipped cream with vanilla essence and sprinkle the 

chocolate chips on the top then set in refrigerator for 15 minutes and 

enjoy it.







Chocolate mango Cake -

Ingredients Quantity for cake

Maida 1½ cup 

Baking powder 1½ tsp. 

Sodium bi-carbonate ½ tsp. 

Condensed milk ¾ cup 

Melted butter 4 tbsp. 

Chocolate powder 4 tsp. 

Ingredients Quantity for decoration -

Tow ripe mango pulps

One cup sugar 

Method: 

1. Sieve the maida, baking powder and  

sodium bi-carbonate together, keep aside. 

2. Pre heat the oven to 1800 C. 

3. Grease the pan with melted butter, dust  

it with plain flour, shake and remove the  

excess flour. 

4. Take a deep bowl, add condensed milk,  

melted butter and chocolate powder. Mix well  

using a spatula. 

5. Add the sieved flour mixture into the bowl  

and add 5 tbsp. of water and mix gently. 

6. Pour the butter into a greased pan. 

7. Bake at 1800 

C for 30-35 minutes. 

8. Unmould the cake and keep aside to cool.

Method of mango jelly for decoration-

Boil the pulp in sauce pan add sugar stir it  gently till thicken  the pulp as

jelly then apply it on the cake properly, cool it for 15 minutes in 

refrigerator then  serve it .








Chocolate biscuits cake 

Ingredients Quantity for  chocolate biscuits cake


4 packets of chocolate biscuits 

One cup (maida) white flour

One cup mill

One cup Sugar power

Backing powder 1½ tsp

Melted butter or oil 4 tsp

Method

 
1 First make powder of chocolate biscuits in mixer 

2 Then  sieve the white flour, baking powder

3 Pre heat the oven to 1800 C

4 Grease the pan with melted butter or oil, dust it with white flour shake 

and 

remove the excess flour. 

5 take deep bowl add the  sieved white flour , biscuits powder, sugar 

powder as 

per teste mix it 

6 add milk  and mix in good cake batter consistency

7 pour into the greased pan 

8 bake at 30-35 minutes at 1800 C

9 Unmould the cake and keep a side to cool sprinkle the chocolate chips 

on the top

Now it's ready to serve (Chocolate cake) .




Tea - Masala Chai

Ingredients Quantity for   masala tea

Milk 2 cups

Ginger grated ½ inch 

Cardamom 1 

Clove 1

Cinnamon stick 2 tsp.

Tea powder 2 tsp. 

Water ¼ cup 

Sugar 3 tsp

Method:

 1. Crush the cardamom, clove, cinnamon make a coarse masala powder.

 2. Boil water then add grated ginger, masala powder ,tea powder and sugar. 

3. Heat in a medium flame for 3-4 minutes. 

4. Then add milk and boil for 5-6 minutes. 

5. Switch off the flame if there is a change in colour of the tea from milky 

shade to brown shade. 

6. Serve hot using cups. 



Expresso Coffee

Ingredients Quantity for  Expresso Coffee

Milk 3 cup 

Coffee powder 2 tsp.

Water ½ cup

Sugar As required

Chocolate powder As required

Method: 

1. Add milk to a bowl and boil it on a medium flame. 

2. Add water, coffee powder and sugar to the blender jar and grind until 

it forms a foamy liquid. 

3. Add the coffee water mix to it when the milk starts boiling and rising 

upwards.

 4. Simmer it for a minute. When it starts boiling, remove from the flame.

 5. Pour into the coffee mug and sprinkle some chocolate powder as 

shown in picture.

 




So guys after following just few steps you will cook very tasty  very fast dishes  and enjoy it with your friends and family .
