Hello friends today I have shared  yummy dessert recipes here  which along with taste also good for health.  And  you all know our lunch or dinner are incomplete until  we eat little sweet. So let's started ЁЯСЙ




Recipe for  Rice kheer (Payasam):

Ingredients Quantity

Rice ¼ well washed

Milk 4-5 full cream

Sugar 1 cup or as per  taste

Dry fruit almonds, cashew nuts,  pista, saffron

Method-  First crush the rice by your hand boil rice and milk together till rice cook well and soften. Add sugar stire well then add saffron  (which soaked in milk for five minutes ), and stire well , decorate with dry fruits and serve hot or chill as u like . "You  Can cook in other ways to but this method is older and quick made by nani and dadi ЁЯСМ"

About the recipe-  

Guys this recipe I have shared because its my favorite I just love it and  it's excellent  in taste semiliquid in texture and healthy pudding which gives energy  protein, calories and fat . In both ways hot or chilled  osm in  taste  . This Indian pudding we add in our big or small celebrations at any  ocassion like pooja and all  because it's  considered very sacred when made by cow's milk and  offer to God 
Good for children too. 




Badam kheer




Recipe for Badam Kheer

 ( Badam Payasam) :

Ingredients Quantity

Badam - 50gms
Milk - 250gms
Sugar - 100gms
Cardamon - 2

Method:

Soak badam overnight. Remove the skin and grind it to a paste. Mix it to 100ml milk and cook well. Add the rest of boiled milk, sugar and cardamom to it. Decorate it with chopped  cashew nuts, pista, cherry and serve chill.

About the recipe- excellent teast with yellowish white colour and liquid texture which provides protein, fat and calories 






Recipe for Amirtham


Ingredients Quantity

Wheat - 40gms
Rosted bengal gram - 20gms
Ground nut - 15gms
Jaggery - 25gms


Method:

Wheat, Bengal gram and ground nut should
be cleaned and roasted over medium flame. Grind all the ingrediants to a fine powder.  
Take 15gms of ground powder mix well with jaggery and water. Cook well till it becomes a smooth paste.now it's ready garnish with dry Rose petals and serve. 
 
About the recipe-   
Good taste pale yellow colour with semisolid texture good food for children.  So yummy loved by all age groups. This  recipe belongs from South India mainly.
